A: The payment terms will be FOB to SHENZHEN port. T/T, 35% deposit, balance before delivery.

A: No, we are OEM and ODM manufacturer, all the products are customized for our customers.

Q: Does the factory can supply the sample?
A: We can mail the fabric or leather sample directly to you. The ODM product should be charged the sample fee after 10 pcs order will return the sample fee.

Q: What is the warranty polity of your products?
A: The warranty of the sofas is 2 years for the inner structure, 1 year for the outer leather; Mattress is 10 years for the innerspring structure.
