Project location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Project type: High-end hotel furniture project
Scope: Custom guest-room, dining, lounge and outdoor furniture
Client: Hotel project client (name confidential)
For this Dubai hotel project, the client wanted the furniture across the property to follow one coordinated interior-design direction rather than selecting standard catalog finishes. Baotian produced custom pieces for guest rooms, dining, lounge and outdoor areas, translating the requested color, material and metal-finish relationships across multiple furniture categories.

Completed Project Setting
The client supplied project-site photographs that show the selected furniture working together in the finished interiors and outdoor setting. They provide a useful record of how the coordinated furniture palette was carried through the project.

Design Coordination Across Multiple Furniture Categories
Dining chairs, accent chairs and bed frames
The 300 dining chairs were customized with black wooden legs and titanium-black decorative strips. The 100 accent chairs used the client-selected upholstery with titanium-black metal bases. To keep the visual language consistent in the guest rooms, the 100 bed frames received custom metal legs in the same coordinated titanium-black tone.

Vanity stools, sofas and coffee tables
The vanity-stool leather color was coordinated with the dining-chair palette. For the sofa program, the client supplied reference images for the single, two-seat and three-seat models, which Baotian manufactured as custom pieces for the project. The shipment also included matching coffee tables to complete the lounge and guest-area furniture scope.

Outdoor Color-Matching Development
Color coordination was especially demanding for the outdoor chairs and tables because the two products use different material systems. A paint tone that appears right on one substrate can look noticeably different on another. Baotian worked with multiple paint suppliers to compare color samples and selected the closest achievable match approved for the project, creating a more consistent relationship between the 400 outdoor chairs and 100 outdoor tables.

Production, Packing and Eight-Container Shipment
After production and packing, the full furniture program was loaded for export in eight containers. The project records include container-loading photographs documenting the packed goods and loading sequence.
