From Project Brief to Production
Baotian Furniture operates from Shunde, Foshan, serving buyers that need coordinated furniture programs rather than an off-the-shelf retail transaction. Projects can cover upholstered seating, sofa beds, mattresses, bed frames, dining furniture and related items.
Before mass production, the team reviews drawings, dimensions, materials, finishes, quantity, packaging marks, destination-market requirements and inspection criteria. Approved samples and specification sheets become the working reference for production.

Checks Defined for Each Project
Inspection points are agreed according to the product and buyer requirements. They may include incoming materials, dimensions, stability, upholstery, seams, surface finish, hardware or mechanisms, labeling and final packing.
For contract orders, the practical goal is traceability: the approved sample, specification sheet, inspection criteria and packaging instructions should all describe the same deliverable.

Certificates Must Be Checked Against the Project
The available ISO 9001 certificate identifies Shunde District Foshan City Baotian Furniture Co., Ltd. and states a scope covering the design and production of upholstered furniture, including sofas, spring mattresses and upholstered beds.
Certificates and test reports should always be checked against the named legal entity, manufacturing address, product or material, standard, scope and validity dates. A company certificate does not replace product-specific testing where the destination market or buyer specification requires it.
