Send the selected model or drawing, dimensions, materials, colors, quantities, destination market, required documents, packaging and target schedule. A complete brief produces a more reliable quotation.
What is the MOQ?
MOQ varies by product, material, finish and customization. It is confirmed for the selected model and specification rather than stated as one number for the entire catalog.
How is lead time confirmed?
Sample and production timing depend on specification approval, materials, order volume and production planning. Use the project quotation and order confirmation as the applicable schedule.
Customization and Sampling
Can Baotian manufacture from buyer drawings?
Yes, subject to feasibility review. Provide dimensions, construction, materials, tolerances and proof that you have the right to use the design.
Can colors, upholstery and finishes be customized?
Available options depend on the product and quantity. Physical swatches or approved finish samples should be used when appearance is critical.
Can we approve a sample before production?
Sampling scope, cost, timing, shipping and approval criteria are confirmed per project. See the sampling process.
Quality and Documentation
Can a third-party inspection be arranged?
Third-party inspection can be coordinated when planned in advance. Confirm the inspection company, method, timing and shipment-release authority.
Which certifications apply to the products?

How are production changes controlled?
Changes should be documented and approved in drawings, material references or a revision record before implementation.
Packaging and Shipping
Can carton marks and labels be customized?

How is container quantity calculated?
Use final packed dimensions and the approved loading plan. Preliminary quantities can change after product or packaging customization.
Which Incoterm should we use?
