This Lanzarote hotel project required two coordinated upholstered products for the guest rooms: a custom sofa bed that adds a practical sleeping function and a matching lounge chair. Baotian produced 150 pieces of each design in a consistent blue fabric so the seating would work as one visual set in the completed interiors.

Completed Hotel-Room Installation in Lanzarote

The completed-project photographs show the sofa beds and lounge chairs installed in bright guest-room and family-room settings. The blue upholstery coordinates with the coastal interior palette, while the sofa-bed format gives the rooms an additional sleeping option without permanently occupying more floor area.

Coordinated Upholstery for Two Product Types

Keeping the sofa beds and lounge chairs visually consistent was an important part of the production brief. Both products use the same blue color direction and a clean, straight-lined silhouette, allowing different furniture functions to read as one coordinated guest-room collection.

The project fabric specification called for water resistance and stain resistance for hospitality use. It also required a British fire-retardant treatment specified by the client. These requirements were applied to both the sofa-bed and lounge-chair production batches.

150 upholstered lounge chairs

The lounge-chair batch used compact proportions, supportive upholstered arms and a matching seat-and-back treatment. Production photographs document the completed chairs assembled in the factory before delivery.

150 custom hotel sofa beds

The sofa beds were produced as two-seat sofas with an integrated pull-out sleeping mechanism. In sofa mode, the design provides everyday seating for the room. When opened, the internal mechanism converts the unit into an additional sleeping surface.

Sofa-Bed Function Inspection

For convertible furniture, checking the opening function is an important part of inspection. The project record includes a sofa bed opened in the factory so the pull-out mechanism, support position and sleeping surface could be visually checked before the products were released from production.
